Youth Ministry

Youth Ministry

YOW (Youth on Wednesday Nights) is the main focus of Youth Ministry.

Our YOW program takes place from 6:00-7:30pm.

Pre-Confirmation (grades 5-6) and Confirmation (grades 7-9) are embedded within YOW.

Both programs are designed to encourage faith formation and exploration through small and large group discussions, community dinners, experiential learning opportunities and service and fellowship events.

Youth are welcome to attend Family Ministry events even if they do not attend YOW.

Youth on Wednesday Nights (YOW)

YOW is the religious education and faith formation program for youth in grades 5-9 and encompasses both Pre-Confirmation and Confirmation.

Pre-Confirmation -two-year program for students in 5th and 6th grades -  6-6:45 p.m.
Confirmation - three-year program for students in 7th-9th grades -
  7-7:45 p.m.

Building relationships and connecting with the youth is key to encouraging faith formation and exploration. We have had much success with a hybrid model of zoom lessons (Zoom invite info will be provided) along with in-person activity nights and community field trips.

ALL YOUTH ARE WELCOME.
